Live music with Daniel Childs (band) at Stormrunners Tavern

Daniel Childs is a singer, songwriter, and entertainer based on the Florida Sun Coast, performing over 250 live shows annually across the state. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Childs grew up in a music industry family and toured across the United States before relocating to the Tampa Bay area in 2014. Performing solo with dynamic guitar playing and live looping pedals, as a duo, and with his trio The Daniel Childs Band, he delivers diverse sets featuring classic hits from the 1970s through early 2000s across classic rock, country, pop, and R&B. Childs is also an award-winning songwriter whose original music includes his 2021 debut album Escape and the award-winning single "Siesta Key."

Stormrunners Tavern is a waterfront restaurant in Gulfport with three unique spaces on one property. We offer fresh coastal fare and craft cocktails, serving guests in our main dining area, the open-air Crow's Nest rooftop bar, and BARk, our dog-friendly tiki bar.
